By default, your data (tasks, schedules, journal entries, personal notes, and preferences) is stored locally on your device using browser storage technologies. We do not access, collect, or transmit this data.

All content, design, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks associated with GSD Navigator are the exclusive property of GSD Navigator and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes (or commercial purposes if your subscription permits).
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GSD NAVIGATOR AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GSD Navigator and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) shall survive.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GSD Navigator regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
